Do Yoga, Feel Zen 🧘 at the Best Yoga Studio in Sarasota FL
Are you looking for a way to relax your mind, body, and soul all at the same time? Well then, I’ve got just the thing for you...YOGA! Yoga eases the tension in your body and promotes health and well being. If you practice it regularly, it has been shown to improve your breathing as well as your outlook on life. There’s no better feeling, or benefit for your body than a relaxing and strengthening stretch. My go to yoga spot is Feel Good Yoga & Massageat 6350 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, Florida. And not just because Debby McClung is a Master at what she does, but she gives back to the community as well.
Debby has always yearned to connect with herself and to do that she began her journey with yoga. She says her experience with yoga “immediately softened me, nurtured me, and allowed me for the first time to actually experience “stillness.” After 40 years in the wellness industry and being involved in competitive sports her body began to hurt. Now she chooses yoga & massage to maintain and enhance her lifestyle.
Yoga has numerous benefits some of which include not only improving your body, but your mindfulness through meditation. When you make time for yoga in your life you are doing amazing things for yourself. You are allowing yourself to take a break from daily life so that you are able to focus on yourself, get clarity, and relax. At Feel Good Yoga, they want to help you accomplish all of those things so that you can feel good. They are dedicated to assisting you on your journey to finding the alignment that makes your body feel best no matter what age or shape you are in.
Debby gives back by providing free yoga classes to First Responders in coordination with the nonprofit Resilient Retreat. Did you know the #1 reason First Responders die is not on the line of duty but by suicide? Yoga can help with stress levels and overcoming the PSTD that many of our First Responders experience due to the trauma they witness daily. Debby has found that many of her First Responder students have never experienced yoga before and are reporting that they find it really helpful in managing their stress.
Due to the coronavirus, the studio is obviously closed, but in an effort to stay connected they are hosting classes online . You can practice or workout in the comfort of your own home! For more information, please check out their website at https://feelgoodyogalongboatkey.com/.
